Your health involves the way you eat (your nutrition), how you move your body (exercise), and the absence of acute or chronic diseases. Wellness is about all aspects of your life, your body, your work, your relationships, your emotional life, and so much more.
A spiritual life coach is a coach that helps you change your life by changing the way you operate on a deeper level. Rather than just examining your behaviors, habits, and goals, they delve into your deep rooted beliefs, your connection to the divine, and find yourself again.
Grief Coaching
Grief coaching is a specialized approach to overcoming the fears and anxiety one may experience after a loved one’s death, experiencing grief and emotions that may limit hope and impact daily living. Grief coaching can enable you to restore emotional balance, hope, and happiness to your life.
Fitness generally refers to the condition of being physically fit and healthy. This involves a combination of regular physical exercise, balanced diet, and adequate rest. It includes elements such as cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, flexibility, and body composition.

My Philosophy
Now IS all you have
There is a saying that I love and it’s from my favourite movie ” Kung Fu Panda”, Grand Master Oogway says, “You are too concerned with what was and what will be. Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, but today is a gift. That is why it is called present.” This moment right NOW is a gift…and this one…..and this one. We are beings that like to reminisce about the past memories that we created. moments that created memories. When I was younger I received a card from a boy at school that read ” May the best day of your past, be the worst day of your future”. At the time I received the card I was so confused, even a little upset, how can someone wish me a bad day, nevermind the worst day??! It took me a while until I got the message that if you focus on making everyday a good one you will have only amazing days. Trust me I am not saying you wont have days that you feel down or low. The key is to just not stay there, you have a choice to get yourself out of that hole. You always have a choice, that is how powerful you are. I will go into more depth about this philosphy in my courses.
